Race Details

The Altar Nutrition 100KM Relay is a team event (maximum 4 runners) held in Avondale Forest Park, Co. Wicklow. Teams share the 100KM distance, with runners free to divide the loops however they choose.

Format: Teams of up to 4 runners complete the 100KM course together — each runner takes turns completing laps of the 5.2km loop (approximately 1,840m elevation gain in total). Cut-off: Must complete each loop within 7 hours to continue. Mandatory kit: Waterproof and windproof jacket (must be on person at all times). Aid stations: Fully stocked on course.
