Race Details

The Altar Nutrition 50KM is an ultra-distance trail race held in Avondale Forest Park, Co. Wicklow. The 50KM course features approximately 780m of elevation gain and consists of a starter loop followed by five repeats of a 5.2km loop.

Start time: The 50KM starts later than the 100KM — check the event website for exact start time. Cut-off times: Must complete each loop within 7 hours to continue. Total time limit applies. Mandatory kit: Waterproof and windproof jacket (must be on your person at all times), recommended handheld bottle or hydration pack. Toilets: On-site near the car park, signposted.
