Cork Rebel Run 5K 2025

Race Details

The Cork Rebel Run 5K is a community event open to runners and joggers of all fitness levels. The race starts at 9:30 AM on Sunday, 19 October 2025, from the MTU tiered carpark at the rear of the Athletics Track stand in Bishopstown, Cork.

The route takes participants along the scenic Curraheen Riverwalk, finishing on the state-of-the-art MTU Athletics Track.

Participants receive a goody bag including a special edition T-shirt and water bottle. The event offers a supportive, fun atmosphere with prizes and spot prizes for various categories on race day.

Registration is pre-required, with no sign-in on race day. The event is organized by Cork Sports Partnership, MTU Sports Department/Athletics Club, and Leisureworld Cork, sponsored by Cork County Council.
