Savills Sandymount Night Run 5K 2025

Race Details

The Savills Sandymount Night Run 5K takes place on October 21st, 2025, starting at 19:20. This is a unique midweek night race on a flat, racer-friendly course located at the edge of Sean Moore Park and the beach in Sandymount, Dublin. The race consists of a single 5km lap with three waves based on predicted finish times: under 25 minutes, 25–30 minutes, and others.

Participants receive a finisher's medal, a race number posted to their address if entered before October 1st, and an event t-shirt. The start/finish area is located near Sean Moore Park, with limited parking, recommended use of public transport or carpooling, and supervised bag drop available with no liability for lost items. Toilets are available only at the start/finish area.

The course runs clockwise around Sean Moore Park, onto the beach, along the sand until a turn cone, then up a slip to the promenade, back to the beach, and into the park toward the finish. The finish line features a water station (for 10k only), bananas, and bars for finishers, and a medal collection point.
